MV Real Estate (Mel and Lynda) had previously sold my sister’s town house gaining the price that was wanted and within a few weeks. So it made perfect sense to call on them when I decided to sell my house, hoping that it would not take too long to find a buyer.
To my amazement, the house was advertised on a Friday and was sold on Sunday afternoon for a good price – only 2 days on the market!

This is a story of two lovely people helping another in ‘terrible’ distress……….Selling the Family Home!
I had recently lost my beautiful mother and with no other family to help and with financial problems looming I had to finally sell the family home which had been in my family for over 40-50yrs. Mum, Dad and myself cleared the land making way for our little ranch styled home to be built .We watched the home being built wall by wall and nail by nail every week end for many months. In that time the neighbours got interested in the little home being built on the corner and always came over with a pot of tea and a biscuit to keep us going. A beautiful neighbourhood…………..
Selling the home……… This was a very sad time for me, however, along came Mel and Lynda who showed me much support and help with all that goes into selling a precious item that was ‘my home’ to me for all my many years.
They were attentive to my needs and did not pressure me in any way. They were always there for me and advising me on what approach to take. It was a very sad time but Mel and Lynda made it pleasant and helped me greatly through this terrible trauma.
I will always be grateful to them as they are genuine caring and hard working people who are not just there to make a ‘buck’ but to be thoughtful and kind and generous in every way.
