Our property was placed on the market at the beginning of the decline in house sales in Brisbane along with a huge amount of new listings in our area. It was a very difficult market to sell in.
Mel and Lynda worked tirelessly with open homes virtually every weekend for months and also private viewings where required. When the property went under contract, Lynda was still run off her feet helping us and the purchasers get everything sorted.
Due to a long settlement period for our sale, we actually left the house empty and returned to New Zealand two months prior to settlement. Again, they did everything in their power to keep things on track and also checked in on the property regularly until settlement was effected.

I am writing to thank you so much for your support of Special Care Clothing Solutions’ Afternoon of Rock, which was held to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Australia (Qld). Your generosity in volunteering to run the auction helped bring in $1050 from a total of $2115.60 and certainly added some spice to the proceedings.
As you may know, several of the Alzheimer’s Australia (Qld)’s clients and their partners attended the day and they all enjoyed the fun and excitement. I know a couple of them also bid on the auction items (and I did too) so you certainly whipped up enthusiasm amongst the crowd.
