This was the agent who sold me into my lovely home 6 years ago and the agent I appointed to sell it when I was ready to move on.
It was a chance meeting when I was looking to buy and went to an open house viewing by MV Real Estate in 2011.
After discussing my requirements (I was very choosy), Mel and the team offered to keep a lookout for me.
