Mel started his real estate career back in 2000 with a corporate agency where he received numerous awards and accolades.
Not happy with the way that particular company looked after their clients and customers, Mel left in 2002 to start his own real estate business. Since then he has created a strong following in the industry with both sellers and buyers.
This he attributes to providing solutions, understanding the market and listening to his client’s requirements, combined with Professional attitude and service and help to all his valued clients and customers, and has been doing so now for 21+ years.
In 2004, after a number of years of successful trading during which time the company established a reputation as strong on ethics and honesty, MV Real Estate was making a name and brand for reliability and getting the job done to the satisfaction of sellers and buyers.
MV Real Estate has been successfully operating since then and now the company has literally become a Professional after discussion with the Professionals group.
Mel has always believed in providing a high level of professionalism, energy and enthusiasm along with quality service, skilled negotiation and area knowledge second to none, which helps ensure minimum time on the market and maximum price for our clients.
